        Brilliant facility and friendly service tailored to you. I chose to seek physio treatment after some sport/ work related injuries and it was one of the best things Ive done. Would highly recommend.

        I fully endorse and recommend Zoe of Embrace Therapies: very professional, personable and knowledgable. Also, Embrace Therapies is located with beautiful tranquil countryside views. I have been running for a few years and have experienced several problems/niggles for the first time from tendinitis to an ongoing knee issue. In just 3 sessions of applying specific techniques around the problem areas, I have been able to continue running, modestly but frequently, whilst the healing process took affect. I am extremely grateful.

        I had three sessions with Zoe at Embrace Therapies after putting my back out. Zoe offered excellent treatment and gave me an exercise routine, updated at each session, which resolved my issue and I am now pain free. This occurred during the pandemic so I can attest the therapy room was COVID secure and the appropriate PPE worn. The centre is also located in beautiful countryside and a short drive from Buckingham and the surrounding villages. I would certainly use Zoe again if I experience more back pain in the future.

        Went to see Zoe for an on going work related injury I have been experiencing on my elbow. After 3 sessions, my elbow has improved massively. Zoe has been very informative, professional and welcoming throughout. Would highly recommend to anyone.

        I came to Zoe looking for help with my recurring knee problems, Id seen a few physios in recent years and none had managed to solve the issue. After the first session Zoe had diagnosed my issues and I was confident Zoe was pointing me in the right direction. After a week of the prescribed exercises my knees were already feeling stronger and I couldnt believe the progress that had been made. On top of resolving my knee issues, Zoe created a friendly and personable atmosphere in the clinic and I felt completely safe during the current pandemic
