    Jon is a fantastic sports therapist and personal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has treated my family and I for various problems for the last 5 years. Highly recommend for a reliable, friendly, professional physio that doesn't break the bank.

    I have been strength training with Will for 5 months now and would highly recommend him. He is professional and knowledgeable and knows how to get the best out of you to get results. I have noticed huge improvements in energy levels, sleep and mood as well as a reduction in body fat and increased strength - not easy to do as a mid-life woman! Will always makes the sessions enjoyable and is great at putting you at ease. Would highly recommend.

    I started with Body Mentors in September 2019, seeking guidance on managing a niggling, long-term groin strain, which was a factor in my loss of motivation in the gym. Impressed by the professionalism shown by Jonathan during an initial consultation, I booked a block of treatments. Resulting reduction in the niggle, lead me to introduce Jon to another one: shoulder impingement. Buoyed by Jons advice on training designed to avoid aggravating my conditions, back in the gym, I was fired up again, and lifting weights with confidence. During the therapy sessions we talked about training, Jon interested in what I wanted to achieve. As someone who has been into fitness training since my teens, I thought I knew it all. That is until Jon pointed out some of my bad habits. Assuring me its never too late to put things right, he suggested a schedule for the winter with the goal of increasing strength. Im lurving that schedule, which includes dead lifts. Jon let it drop that dead lifts are Wills favourite. So, now Im with Will as well as Jon. Will is fine tuning exercises in my current program. If, six months ago, you would not have stood a chance of persuading me I still had a lot to learn. How wrong I was. Thanks to Body Mentors, Im entering the second half of my 76th year with enthusiasm for training fully restored; measurable improvements in fitness; improved posture; an ambitious set of goals to pursue with confidence; and a support team like Ive never had before.     Body Mentors know their stuff! Ive had knee pain and problems with sciatica for several years now, (brought on by running) and was having trouble even walking and getting out of a chair when I first went to see Jon. He identified tendonitis as one issue and I started training under his supervision. Within weeks my knees had improved dramatically, though not completely. An MRI revealed that I also have multiple deep cartilage defects with a recommendation of surgical intervention, something Im a little young for and certainly not keen on. However, through persistent training with Jon, we are able to manage my knees to a point where they rarely bother me these days. The sciatica I can get rid of fairly promptly through flossing, another exercise Jon has taught me pretty miraculous. Thats why I went originally, but as a happy side effect it also turns out Im really quite strong now, and can lift the weights to prove it all good for body tone and weight loss. Transformational stuff.
