I'm a customer of the Shell( Budgens) in Highworth for longer. I travel from Gorse hill at Sn2 Swindon to wash my car over here because used to be for me the best car wash around . Always I purchase the premium wash . The last time I went there , actually I told to the Mr on counter ,is my favourite car wash and he returned to me saying I was the first person happy with it . Well today I was not happy at all. After the 3rd purchase I went to get my free wash and after it I checked for see if was OK. Like show on pictures , the car didn't was well washed by the automatic car wash and I went inside again to ask witch free wash was given because the car was not well washed. The guy over the counter said was the premium one and I asked how possible if like he could see from the window the car still had marks on it , and he said I was the first to complain about. Ok I'm confused I didn't got a new offer to clean again or something to sorted out . I left the place because im not searching for free stuff but unless they should check what's going on with it and provide a better Customer service. Not will back till the problem be sorted out. Is not fair we pay 9.50 to wash and still have dirty marks on it . Cheers
