        I have used Edward Bays for over 20 years but my recent experiences have been far from satisfactory or professional. I had a minor issue with my boiler, which they eventually came out to resolve, but then left me with no boiler, which meant no hot water or heating. They also provided no firm idea of when the issue could be resolved. It came to the point where I asked for a quotation for a new boiler. They gave me a quote that was 2,000 more expensive than a competitor quote and no firm date of when they could install. I went with an alternative supplier and had a new boiler up and running by 2pm the next day at 2,000 less than Edward Bays quoted. Service: Water heater repair
