        What a guy! My teenage daughter had a 1:1 session with John a few weeks ago to help prepare her for an important swimming event. Like many young people the pandemic had affected her confidence, having not competed in the pool for over 18 months. John spent time with her, teaching techniques to overcome nerves, etc and help her to focus on the job in hand. The follow ups have been superb too. John shows a genuine interest in how she's progressing, reinforcing with her what she learnt and ensuring she is still putting it into practice. Thanks John- a true gent and a total legend!

        John has recently supported my daughter through with a struggle to get her head in the game for some exam resits. Within a few sessions, John gave her the tools to focus, and take any doubt away from failing. All his work was done in confidence between the two of them. I can not thank John enough for the support he gave her, and would recommend John to anyone who needs some support with focusing on any challenges they have coming up.
