        this is just an update to let people know that mccolls has reopened, as of yesterday 4/ 7/ 21. its nice to have Trish and all her staff back. the shop has been refitted and looks great,

        The shop is fine but some members of staff particularly one is downright rude. She can't take stress and is bad in her attitude to people. Suggest she changes job or go on a customer service and stress management course. Thinking of using another news agent or shop. I pay for service not rudeness.
