Daryl contacted me about 6 months ago regarding the next step in my career in finance around the Essex area and actually helped me find my current position. He was there every step of the way making sure I was prepped for the interview. Very professional within the recruitment role but also took the time to make sure I was settling in ok within the new role. Would 100% recommend using this company.

I had recently taken over the finance department and needed two new members to join our busy team. Daryl provided me with a variety of candidates for both of the roles, one of which is very specialised to our organisation. Within 12 days of contacting Daryl we had offer letters accepted by the successful candidates. 9 months in and they have fitted well into the team and doing exceptionally in their their roles. Daryls support continued post recruitment for both the new starters and myself. I have since contacted Daryl to help with other roles that have become available. Highly recommend, a recruiter that really does listen to your needs.

Daryl first contacted me in July to see if I would be interested in a 12 month ftc based in Chelmsford. I replied yes, then promptly thought no more about it as I'd had a lot of these kinds of messages and nothing ever came of them! Daryl however was different..... he kept in touch to let me know that the role was slightly delayed and gave me an idea of when he thought it would go live. Eventually, the role got the go ahead and Daryl was on the phone to me, letting me know he'd sent my CV and was expecting confirmation of interview shortly. Once we got that, he prepped me well for my interview and was really supportive. Within 4 hours of the interview he was back on the phone offering me the role! It's unfortunate that there was quite a delay between verbal offer and confirmation of start date - nothing to do with Daryl, just slow processes at the organisation. Through the month of waiting for a start date Daryl had to put up with daily emails and/or phone calls from me pestering for a start date - through all of this he was calm and professional, even giving me pep talks via email when I was really fed up! I can't recommend him highly enough from a candidate's perspective - he definately went above and beyond on my behalf. When this current ftc comes to an end, I'll be sure to give him a call. Candidates, if you want somebody who does what they say they'll do, when they say they will do it - then you need to contact Darly at Whitelist Talent - you won't be disappointed.
