        Brilliant aftercare customer service. Had a problem with my plinth heater, they phoned me back within an hour and get it sorted for me.

        Have had a plinth heater in my kitchen for 3 years, each winter, after a summer of not being used, the fan hasn't worked. First year I replaced a part (team were very helpful in getting a new one to me). Seems this is an ongoing issue.

        Placed an order for 2 plinth heaters. They have taken the money and not sent the products. I have emailed a number of times and had no reply. Complete rip off stay well away
