Always able to get through when Doctor Allam took over .receptionist are always helpful and polite.so.much better than the previous surgery owners.they will be sore missed thank you very much

My elderly father had been calling without success over a period of 5 days eventually went to the surgery at 8am to be told by the rude receptionist phone up at 8am eventually after not being able to get an appointment my mother was admitted into hospital and placed on oxygen. This surgery is a disgrace when vulnerable people end up in hospital- this could have been prevented.

The surgery has recently been taken over. What a difference it has made. The staff are really pleasant and friendly and go out of there way to help you.

The obnoxious late middle-aged lady receptionist seriously needs some Customer Care Training!! Absolutely astonished at her awful attitude, initially putting the phone down on people and following on throughout by generally being as unhelpful as possible - a law unto herself and seems to think she is so safe in her surroundings that she can treat customers in the way she does without any repercussion or complaints.
