        Great workout today. Harrison doing everything perfectly and hitting my targets continually. Dropping my weigh with all the cardio workouts and building up my strength at the same time. The meal plan Harrison provided helps me control my calories while enjoying everything my body needs. Thanks.

        The monthly girl band group workout we do with Harrison are always energising, challenging and enjoyable. Harrison as a Personal Trainer can enjoy a laugh but also is motivating and keeps you working hard throughout your whole session. Thanks again Harrison :)

        Harrison is an amazing PT it didnt take him long to work out how strong I am and what I am capable of lifting, he really is a nice genuine person and really makes you feel at ease. Id highly recommend him for all your training needs. He knows his stuff !!!!
