Thoroughly enjoyed Sourdough course. Friendly, fun and engaging atmosphere in which to learn. Very thorough notes provided but at every stage you are practically involved. Once you've tasted well made, home made bread - there's no going back! I cannot recommend the course highly enough. I've really developed a practical and tasty skill - thank you Monique and thank you to my fellow course members who made the day very enjoyable and fantastic fun!
