Spotless Clean And Shine

Ive used Rhian and her team for several cleaning jobs including an end of tenancy clean and a carpet cleaning job. She has been excellent in all aspects. Prompt friendly service and at a competitive price. I would recommend Spotless Clean and Shine without hesitation. Five star service all round.

I booked the team for an end of tenancy clean and carpet clean. We were outside their usual area but they were happy to help. The pre-clean customer service was very good but unfortunately it fell apart with the clean. The cleaners were very late arriving - due to traffic but I had to phone to find out where they were. The cleaning was not up to standard with windowsills left undusted, the bathroom floor poorly cleaned and the carpets a mess, which I was told was normal after carpet cleaning. (It's never happened with a carpet clean before!). Ultimately I was charged for additional cleaning by my landlady and Spotless Clean and Shine refused to offer me any discount. Would not use again.

Rhian and her team are efficient and trustworthy. They did a fantastic job on my carpets, and they were pretty bad because of my toddler. I can thoroughly recommend Spotless Clean and Shine for a professional value for money job.
