Absolutely love visiting Sasha and all the team at Bridgnorth pole and fitness! From the day I walked through the doors into the studio I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Pole was always something I had wanted to give a go but never felt confident in myself and always talked myself out of but boy was I wrong! I've made so many new friends and met people from all walks of life all ages and shapes, which is what I love about the studio, Sasha has created a place that is for everyone! Sasha has taught me to believe in myself and my ability and the only thing stopping me is me! Each lesson is filled with positive energy and laughter and the sense of accomplishment! I have a new found confidence in myself which benefits my everyday life! Its also a really good talking point when people ask me about my hobbies and I tell them I do pole fitness! I'm fortunate to do pole with a group of ladies who fully support one another each lesson and we celebrate one anothers achievements and successes, as well as having a great natter. I love that the studio is so diverse that every gender in encouraged and celebrated. I 100% reccomend Sashas studio for anyone considering getting into pole fitness. You won't be disappointed!
