I have given Gayle a five star review before but this relates to my husband. He had a fall causing a slipped disc which aggravated his sciatic nerve. He was in severe pain - a visit to A&E gave him no help - he was told if it didn't get better on its own he would need an operation. He had a session with Gayle which gave some relief but he was still in pain a month later - she had said it would take time but he was impatient. For a second opinion we went to a specialist back unit in Hove. They said he was not bad enough for them to treat - it was obvious that the work Gayle was doing was having an effect and he should stick with it. So he did. It took twelve weeks and many sessions with Gayle but he is now fine! He should have listened to her and been more patient. These things do take time but with Gayle's professional treatment they get better - trust her but be patient. This is all so much better than surgery.

Having spent many sessions on physio without any success on my very painful back and neck pain, I tried a Chiropractor who said I would need 32 sessions costing approx approx 1800. I did not take him up on this offer. Finding Living Elements was a breath of fresh air. Gayle diagnosed my problem within a few minutes of my first visit. After 3 sessions with Gayle, I have just enjoyed my first few nights of pain free sleeping. I would thoroughly recommend Gayle to any of my friends, family and to you. I found Gayle to be very experienced and certainly knows her job.

Gayle saw my 7 week old baby following advice from a lactation consultant as I was experiencing pain during breastfeeding and he wasn't gaining weight quite as well as he should. Gayle gave him a thorough examination and treatment, including assessment of his tongue and suck reflex. Just 24 hours after his treatment, which he seemed to enjoy, the pain on latching had improved dramatically, and had resolved completely within a few days. His weight gain also really took off. He is now thriving, and we are happily breastfeeding pain free. Thank you Gayle!

I totally trust Gayle to help alleviate my various aches and pains, having used Living Elements for the past 6 years. I always come away in less pain and she only advises more consultations when she feels they are necessary. Thanks Gayle.

I have been getting the occasional treatment from Gayle for many years. Gayle is a fantastic Osteopath and has got me back on my feet, after serious back pain, on every occasion. Highly recommended.
