        Great experience, would highly recommend the aromatherapy massage and reflexology. I left feeling on cloud 9, totally de-stressed. Karen took time to go through my health history and made suggestions on how I could help improve some of my health issues. Have rebooked already for another session. Thank you.

        Karen is such a warm, genuine person who cares so deeply about her clients. The problem was chronic constipation brought about through Endometriosis and other health issues. After the first visit there was a shift and the relaxation felt during the reflexology was so incredible. Second visit today, with another session booked for next week. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. Karen cares so deeply and is so gifted, what an amazing woman.

        I cannot recommend Karen at Balanced Soul enough. I have had a shoulder injury for what feels like years, and been to physio therapy with no results. After seeing Karen i am finally given hope that this injury can be resolved. I had immediate relief from the injury after my first session, and look forward to continuing my sessions at Balanced Soul.
