        Karen is such a warm, genuine person who cares so deeply about her clients. The problem was chronic constipation brought about through Endometriosis and other health issues. After the first visit there was a shift and the relaxation felt during the reflexology was so incredible. Second visit today, with another session booked for next week. I cannot recommend Karen highly enough. Karen cares so deeply and is so gifted, what an amazing woman.

        Karen has been helping me now for some months and I can not recommend her highly enough, very skilled at what she does and has helped me immensely....The best treatment I have had, without question!!

        I cannot recommend Karen at Balanced Soul enough. I have had a shoulder injury for what feels like years, and been to physio therapy with no results. After seeing Karen i am finally given hope that this injury can be resolved. I had immediate relief from the injury after my first session, and look forward to continuing my sessions at Balanced Soul.

Karen took time to go through my health history and made suggestions on how I could help improve some of my health issues. Have rebooked already for another session. Thank you.
