The skills the JLA team have are incredible. There are no words for what they do! We went to JLA wanting a very open and minimal staircase for a small area which was no easy task but what they have delivered is beyond what we expected. It truly is a work of art and more than we imagined. Their support also after the build has been brilliant. They are always on hand. A great team and company.

JLA Joinery (Jim, James and the Team) created exactly the solution we were looking for. From our first F2F meeting with Jim (Dad) at the concept and design stage even before our renovation started, through refinements, modifications, inclusion of extra details, on-site visits and final installation, the service we received and the workmanship was first class. Nothing was left to chance and the number and range of questions about our needs, desires, wishes and requirements of our new stairs was comprehensive to say the least. We now know more about the lexicon of stairs and staircases than we did when we started this amazing journey and what a pleasure it has been. Barring one minor issue with a sub-contractor which was rapidly dealt with, JLA Joinery's professionalism was evident throughout. We now have a 'Wow-Factor' staircase in our open plan space which is a credit to those who worked on it and a testament to the attention to detail, workmanship and courteousness we experienced throughout.
