        Spent 3 nights here recently and while it was a solid 3 star experience it was by no means 5 stars. Beautiful location, extremely quiet and comfortable beds. The breakfasts were very good, generous and lots of options. Waitress/cook was punctual and very attentive to our needs. However, the carpets were old and tired, tea making facilities in the room were poor and the TV miniscule. A little updating would be good and the whole building had a distinct unpleasant smell (perhaps due to the owners large dog?). All in all not good value for the money. You could probably get a higher quality place in the local area for the same price. This place would be fine if it were 80/night for the same size room.
