        I made a genuine mistake with my online booking, the dates were correct but the month was incorrect. I gave the owner notice but he refused to amend the booking for the correct month and charged me in full. Disappointing to say the least! Noteworthy details: Disappointing not to stay in what looked like a lovely place!

        A short visit, room only - Lockgate Dairy is our first stay in the area. The host is delightful and attentive - love him and this beautiful property in this wonderful place. We made ourselves comfortable in a sweet cottage boasting awesome, rustic features, offering lots of space and everything you might need for a memorable time. Appreciating the kindness in the offer of this unexpected upgrade and local insight given. Very helpful All being well I look forward to visiting again!
