Anthony Weyman Opticians

I went for an eye test 2.5 weeks before I was due to go on holiday. The eye test went really well the optician was lovely. They said that they will be able to get me my new glasses by the time I went on holiday. I heard nothing from them as days turned into weeks. I rang them a few days before I was going to fly and they said that they are not ready but they will be the DAY OF I was flying. Fine. So I waited and went in hours before I was due to fly and she had the lenses but couldnt put them in my frames for me because the person who could do it was out. So I went on holiday with my old prescription basically blind its a shame because the optician was lovely but the managing of customer expectations and customer management was appalling and for that I will not be going back there again.

I really can't recommend Anthony Weyman's enough!. Lovely people.They were friendly,courteous and very proffessional and they're not interested in ripping you off,unlike the big high street optitians. A truly honest company, which is a rare find these days..xxx

Lovely place next to the station and lovely staff as well . They work with NHS as well.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I had my usual check up but also took my 5 year old for her first eye test and the optometrist was very good with her.
