The receptionist Patricia is AWFUL. She should not be allowed to work with people who suffer from mental health. She likes to hang up the phone when challenged. She avoids numbers luckily i had another number to call from.

Enfield Therapy EUPD Team is re-traumatising! Zero stars would be most appropriate. It has been over 4 years since I was admitted to Enfield NHS Trust. I've had no appropriate treatment during those 4 years and counting. In a nutshell, they gave me a stigmatising label and left me on my own. There is no mental health 'service' at the Trust. The only service you'll receive is almost half a decade of waiting in line then moved to the back of the queue again. They have 100% failed me. Do they care? No. Their patients' (in their eyes; 'dirt') don't matter as long as they can keep their part-time jobs and pointless training (to know how to add to someone's trauma) After a crisis, Enfield Therapy told me I would receive a support plan. There was no plan. I received a few bullet points 3 months later, saying I had to wait for my new referral. Funny that, because the next hospital is now closed for referrals! And call the team hoping the local ghost will pick up the phone...seeing as no one else will answer or return our calls. They responded to my complaints covering their backs and with lies, which caused me so much stress as they make things up. Now, I have no trust in the NHS mental health teams. Only through my family's support and my strength am I still here.
