        Got referred to them and after waiting over 4 months for a phone consultation I was not called! I then called them back to see what was wrong and I got told I would be booked for another appointment the next month which then was never booked! They're now expecting me to wait until September for another appointment. Just completely unacceptable service.

        This review is about the Endoscopy Unit at BMI Cavell Hospital, Enfield, that I visited on 2nd May 2023. Very friendly welcome room clean and adequate for a day patient which is what I was. I can't fault anything about my treatment today the lovely nurse that admitted me Marie actually recognised me from a previous visit three years earlier as did Khalid the very friendly endoscopy suite assistant that transferred me to and from my procedure. Its a fact that everyone I encountered during my visit were friendly and professional, any fears I had about my procedure were explained to me in a way that I understood making my visit as easy as it could possibly be.

        Full knee replacement. Wonderful staff, felt well looked after at all time. Made a difficult time easier for me. Thanks to all staff.
