        This was my first in person barre lesson since pre - covid and what a wonderful welcome back it was. Sophia is an excellent barre instructor. Able to target those key areas , with absolute skill, focus and a sense of humour. State yoga is a lovely environment to learn and practice barre. The space is great but would be even better if there was a barre to hold on to during the lesson. Having said that, Ill definitely be back !
