        A Ponzi scheme. Presented Over inflated figures on their leaflets. Poor fiduciary duty to protect the investors money. Now the company is in administration. Hoping the administrators can recover the limited partners investment capital.

        Lost 300k with Cogress with "The View" development in Battersea. Very poor investment analysis and developer choice. Little due dill on the development with false info put forward to investors. Playing your money in a casino or lottery would bring more result than working with these guys.

        My Kilburn investment has gone into administration. Years late, incompetent developer and Cogress failed in its overwatch. Cogress only publicise the success stories.

        Cogress team and the director are very good and helpful. Sadly with my Pope lane investment which was not doing well so far, I am still waiting for my money back since 2017 maturing. It must be my karma picking up this investment got problem!! I hope I will get a good return at the near future.v :-)
