Ive suffered from back pain for a long time, especially when getting up in the morning. However, shortly after I started working out with Alex the pain disappeared and I feel stronger and healthier. Alex pushes you to improve gradually and safely. I couldnt recommend him more.

Alex was excellent for helping me overcome old recurring injuries and gain confidence in the gym again and in what my body could do post-pandemic lockdowns. I started sessions with him to help address knee pain; he was quick to identify the issue, explained the cause clearly and helped me focus on the right form to correct it. And hes always friendly and professional! Alex provided the appropriate amount of encouragement so that I left a session feeling challenged and invigorated but never having risked injuring myself. I ultimately paused sessions in my second trimester of pregnancy due to loosening ligaments making heavy resistance training unsuitable for me, switching to pilates and swimming instead. Alex had trained pregnant clients to term in the past and was more than happy to carry on, it was my decision to pause. Alex structured the sessions so that I followed a programme for 8 weeks, doing 3 sets of pairs of exercises, 2 to 3 pairs a session, with stretches in between. Sessions started with mobility work and glute and core activation which helped ensure I was working out effectively. The improvement in my general posture, movement and strength day to day was immediately noticeable and made me feel great! Highly recommended.

Very professional with great knowledge. Over the past year I've started cycling but without a correct bike fit, so with bad posture, I developed neck and lower back pain. He helped me to build strength and conditioning on my abs and shoulders to have a better position when riding. I highly recommend.
