    I have had 10 sessions with Lisa. She came to my house and when the weather was good we trained in the garden. Lisa was very aware of my health issues and tailored a programme around my specific needs. I have felt so much fitter since we started training together. My aerobic fitness has improved along with my upper body strength. But the most surprising thing of all is how much I enjoyed our sessions. I highly recommend Lisa.

    I went to Lisa to get stronger and fitter in an effort to have more energy and she was great! The sessions were hard work but fun - especially the boxing! I would definitely recommend her.

    I started training with Lisa in January, with the aim of regaining strength and fitness after an injury a couple of months earlier. I also wanted to do something different and I like feeling as though I've worked hard - hence the attraction to the kick boxing aspect ! Lisa makes training fun whilst making me work hard. Once we had established that the injury was fully healed, the gloves were off ( or on !). Strength and fitness improved almost straight away. Training outside is really enjoyable - even when it snowed on one occasion. If you want to work hard and do something a bit different, Lisa Kent is the trainer for you. Highly recommended.

    Lisa is a strong leader with a gentle approach. I work hard during our sessions because she inspires me to do so, she is extremely knows,doable in her arena and I look forward to continuing work with her in the future. I have goals and Lisa is now part of that journey.
