First and foremost, they couldn't make property ready on time and spent a week in hotel, with a child! None compensate! Tenancy agreement was never up to date after first year. When I moved in, inventory checking never was done. I requested some furniture, but what I was given was previous tenant's leftover broken furniture. Shed was full of rubbish, toilet door handle broken, oven and curtains dirty. Landlord didn't want to bother, agent was pointing finger to landlord, which is typical.
One of the above neighbour tenant was dealing with drugs, almost 6 days a week, for 6 month, dozens of people were coming into the building at 3am and pressing my buzzer wrongly and waking up all of us, including our toddler. They even had a fight once outside. I mentioned it few times and again none ever cared.
The walls in the flat started to become wet. Landlord tried to fix but with no luck and then we moved out. Yes there was my minor damages on the wall and I left few my belongings, but despite all of the above, very little was taking into consideration when charging me the deposit(After pushing back few times!). They even charged me the previous tenant's leftover furniture removal fee!
Also just to be fair landlord, fixed washing machine, fridge and boiler on time when it was needed, but that's what landlords should do, it's their duty.

Please find below the email I had written to the CEO himself:
I am Shilpa, and I am writing from Newcastle. Hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to you today concerning the attitude of your agents while dealing with flustered hopeful-tenants like myself. Everyone knows just how daunting it would be, finding a suitable house in London in this day and age, and yet, I am appalled at how callous some of your staff get while dealing with people like us. I am speaking of Miss Claudia, the agent I was dealing with. After having finalised a house in Belmont Road, I was ready to make the payment of deposit to freeze the property, but hit several hiccups during the course.
I felt it my duty to keep the agent informed of my current predicament. I even gave her the confidence that I am a 100% convinced about the flat and I am going to take it, and all of these interactions were happening via Whatsapp (as I have interacted with a thousand other agents over a thousand other houses). Claudia came back with the rudest response ever, and I was appalled at the insensitive comments she made on the text, enough to never ever trust or work with another agent from Robert. Is this how your company deals with ALL its clients? I am writing today to escalate this issue.
Going forward, I hope all your agents treat your clients with the basic respect they deserve. If they do not like to be bothered too much with text messages, I think this is the wrong job for them, because renting out a flat, ESPECIALLY in London, is not going to be in the least easy, not for agents like you or tenants like us.
