        Horrible place to live. Directors of the managing company live in the same building and think they own everything there. I have witnessed them verbally assaulting residents for inviting people even to their own homes (pre COVID or when it was allowed to do so). There are rumours of lengthy and expensive legal battles that management has engaged in over minor repairs. On the other hand they don't think they need to communicate any thing with the residents including renovations or any decision making process. We were assaulted by one of residents called Mark Swenarton who shouted you are renting here and have no right to invite people. We formally complained to the managing company but as you expect no action was taken by them. In summary it is an ugly Orwellian hell house and we are truly glad we no longer live there.
