I don't think they value loyalty and good paying customers never missed a payment all loans payments paid in time, get message declined internal affordability stuff, can see them losing a lot of customers if they do this to good payers....

Modern day cowboys, their response to a serious complaint took less than two days to not uphold it and they have actually questioned the evidence. What type of customer service is that? I was horrified at the response. I have no doubt the ombudsman will be interested to see this one and its already been submitted. Stay well clear

17:41 .al 5G O Evergreen Post K Karen hackett Posting publicly Terrible company, fraudulent loan applied for and approved in family members name. Asked for no ID whatsoever only name, address employment outgoings and bank details. On the plus side they have said once they receive the money back from myself (although the fraudster now has it) they will discount the rest and remove from my credit file!!! Waiting for reply from complaints dept. Then will be informing Financial Ombudsman
