I booked as I had read very good reviews. Went into the salon to discuss options and was quoted prices that were more expensive than online, but told there was a 20% discount. Rang later on in the week to inquire why the different prices quoted, so was told by Anna to come in 15 mins before my appointment for a consultation. Arrived on time but Anna was on the phone so did not have the consultation, her colleague Stella just started on my hair. I had not been offered a patch test when I had first went in to book, should have been my first red flag. I had a half head of highlights, however when it was finished, I pointed out that Stella had left it uneven at the route. Anna agreed so instructed Stella to put more foils closer to the roof. This second set of foils were left on for too long, so when unfolded, I now had an orangey strip of my hair, and both sides of my scalp were different colours. Anna then came over, telling Stella that she had left the foil on for too long, and corrected the mess by adding in lowlights. For a 9:45 appointment, I did not leave the salon until after 2pm. The colour was corrected however you can still see the line where the second foil was left on too long. When it came to pay Anna said she would knock money off, which was a mere 10, making it still come to 150. It does not look worth the money. Really disappointing experience. The only good side was that Anna was able to do a good job of correcting the colour. As someone who does not go to the hairdressers often, I wish I had have chosen somewhere else. I unfortunately will not be returning.
