left really disappointed, hair was supposed to be straightened, instead, the product burnt my scalp severely. hairdresser was very unhelpful with poor attitude.

Got the keratin treatment done. She was patient enough to answer all my questions and suggest treatments suitable for my hair texture. Treatment left my hair feeling smooth, silky and ultra manageable. Will definitely recommend. Marietta can handle 4c hair. She recommended the aura treatment if I wasnt satisfied with the keratin results
