        My fur coat was put in here, not visibly or in bad condition as it was relatively new. It was cleaned and I got it back covered in some kind of grease, and the pile was clumpy in patches where you could see the grease and the original pile. I sent it back to be fixed because it looked so terrible. My flatmate then picked it up with her jacket, and not only is it still ruined, but they had the audacity to charge her another tenner! I'll be contacting the trade association, absolutely outrageous!
