        Personally I dont write reviews but In this case I will make an exception. I pre booked more than a month in advance and prepaid for Hair and Makeup. THREE HOURS before the appointment they refund me the money and cancel my appointment without any sufficient notice and any reason. I tried calling them couple of times but no response. I had an important party to attend that day therefore I had to pay double the money to find someone to assist me last minute. They didnt offer any compensation or anything for the inconvenience I had. Whats is more annoying is that they didnt even try to call me at all to explain whats the reason or to make me aware. I only received an email that my refund is being issued.Honestly, Im not sure how they received all this great reviews. This place shouldnt be on treatwell at all. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and before you make any booking try to ring and see if they actually answer your calls.
