Outstanding service. I recently used Slades for the sale of a property in Highcliffe. James and Ben were amazing. Easy to work with and great communication at every step of the way. My set of circumstances was pretty unique (I live and work in the US) so I relied on Slades to handle things that were just not possible for me, such as visiting the (empty) property in the Winter months to make sure everything was in good order. They went above and beyond for me and, for that, I would recommend them wholeheartedly

We have had excellent service from Ben and the rest of the team at Slades right from the moment of booking the viewing to completion. Ben has been happy to help us when further information was needed, and often knew how far along the purchase process we were before we even did ourselves. I would highly recommend Slades to anyone looking to sell their property. We found the staff at Highcliffe branch really friendly and easy to deal with. We were kept up to date at all times and they matched a buyer to our property very quickly. They were willing to do their upmost to ensure a successful outcome in the smoothest possible way which kept our stress levels down. If you are looking for a friendly, efficient and very good at communication then look no further than Slades. I would highly recommend them.

Ben P in the Highcliffe branch of Slades has been a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of our home. He gave us plenty of time when we viewed the property, and has been efficient and friendly during the whole process. He has always been super quick replying to emails and has kept us in the picture with phone messages and emails from first viewing to completion.
