We have had carers coming from Ethos to support Avon Lee Lodge care home's team and they're always well trained and professional. The company cars they have are brand new, so I believe very relayable which is important when you're out and about! As well, when there's residents with us that used to be under Ethos service, they always talk about Ethos carers with love.

I would never recommend this care agency to anyone who cares about their elderly relative. You cannot rely on the carers to complete the tasks assigned, they do as little as possible and normally leaving very early. This company does not care about people only money. Don't ever consider them if you want your relative to be treated with dignity. Very unprofessional!

The managers and team at Ethos Care have been amazing. They always respond to questions and often last minute, urgent requests with professionalism and speed. My mother was reluctant to the service at first but over a short time has built up trust with the care team who support her very well with her independence.

Ethos is a very reliable care company very polite and courteous, available to assist with any problems that you may have. I would definitely 100% recommend Ethos for those who are looking for care. Staff arrive on time and are very professional at their job.
