        Terrible company, terrible attitude. My daughter was kept without a working lift for over 6 months because Stour lifts refused to sort the problem out with the faulty lift.Not only this, but knowing she was on the top floor of a block of flats with over 6 flights of stairs to walk up AND heavily pregnant!!..we called repeatedly and were shocked at the female 'Managers' attitude...rude and defensive and very nasty..one of their engineers reluctantly came out to 'attempt' to fix the problem but was also rude arrogant and very unprofessional.....We were finally given legal advice and told to try and sue the company for negligence when they finally redeemed themselves with no apology for the upset this had caused..honestly this terrible company needs to be closed down!!
