        Dear Jackie, I just have to let you know how delighted I have been with the care I have received from Apex Care and most importantly the care I have received from Joelle Cerqua. She has been friendly yet professional, caring but not overbearing. She always executed her duties speedily and so very efficiently whilst maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanour. I was really against having help in my home but my sons insisted. I now admit that I really did need help and Jo was exactly the person I needed. I will go so far as to say that she has actually changed my life and given me much of my confidence back and I am so grateful to her, she has been fantastic.Please relay my thanks to her. Obviously I would not hesitate to recommend Apex prime Care as a first rate agency. Many thanks
