I have been buying furniture from this shop in Highcliffe since I moved here 18 years ago, initially from the present owner's father. My last purchase was only recently. I can't praise them enough. I changed my mind a couple of times, and Christine and Phillip are so patient. They will spend time helping you chose. They keep you informed about delivery date. Their carpet fitter is excellent. Everything is of top quality and reasonably priced. We are lucky to have this shop in Highcliffe.

High quality furniture, reasonably priced, with great customer service throughout. All the things you simply don't get from the large retail chains / eCommerce sites, of whom I am sure this family run business have to sadly compete with on a daily basis. Thanks to the team at Birtchnell's for a 5 star service from start to finish. All items delivered on time, and was well worth the 2-3 week wait that was quoted, to receive furniture of such quality which will last us for years, rather than getting something substandard / cheap off the shelf from the retail big hitters.
