I bought a fan assisted gas fire from Just Fireplace a couple of years ago, and had a fire place built and fitted by them, the fire only lasted a year it just stopped working, to have it fixed was near on the price of replacing it, I went into the shop to ask if anyone else had experienced the same problem etc and I assume it was one of the owners shouted at me in front of other customers that it wasnt his fault and he wasnt interested, I had to talk him down by explaining I wasnt accusing anyone I was merely asking a question, the customer service was atrocious and I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. I replaced my fire by a shop in Westbourne wonderful customer service and my fire is still working.

Twice this business has guided me through using my gas fire. Good old customer service which is so hard to find these days. Well done, one very satisfied customer here

They have done 3 woodburners for us now. Would never go anywhere else. Excellent advice and fitter is lovely, friendly, knowledgeable, clean. Highly recommend!!!!
