I had a full structural building survey which was very thorough. Graham was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything carefully. A thoroughly professional and extremely helpful survey and very competitively priced. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

We Hired Graham for a level 3 survey purely because he was available at 4 days notice. This was supposed to be the most detailed level of surveys. Soon after we moved in, mere weeks after the survey we started noticing issues and when we then looked closely we could see some signs of longstanding damage, which he failed to report. When we recalled him, he blamed it on the roof, which luckily was inspected by an independent roofer and found to be absolutely fine. The damage affected an internal wall, flooring on ground and first floor. The cost is mounting up and we now feel we should commission another surveyor to pick up on any other matters he very likely could have missed.

I needed a quick survey after taking time in deciding to have one. Graham responded quickly after initial contact. He took our concerns about the property. The survey went ahead on the agreed date and we were very happy. The report, a day later, was comprehensive and had the details we needed to positively decide to go ahead with the sale. Several issues were revealed that we hadn't spotted on our two previous visits. Thanks very much for your excellent service.

Unfortunately had the experience of dealing with this company as they were asked to complete a survey on my property. Extremely rude and patronising. Would not recommend.
