This is beginning to look the normal, overstretched staff equals unhappy equals poor service...no excuse for them. As they've also got the weakest coffee on offer there's not much going for them. I would choose Costa first, then others way before Starbucks...get it sorted. 12.00 2 coffees 2 biscuits...value no way.
