City Home Stay

The accommodation could not have been better located and suited for my needs with easy access to central London and great value compared to a hotel room. The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable and the host was very helpful and accommodating with any requests I made. Definitely will use the agency again for future business trips to London.

They do not uphold what they promise and advertise at the time of booking. Hosts can have loud parties that last until midnight, send men into a single woman traveler's space while showering, and let their dogs track their smells and bark all hours of the day and night without repercussions. No matter what, as a traveler, you are stuck with the accommodation. If you request to change accommodation they will insist that you pay the host two extra weeks because of "short notice." It does not matter if you spend a lot of time and energy addressing things with the host and agency they will treat you with pure condescension. Comfort and safety is irrelevant for this agency. All they care about is getting the money. They treat tenants like liars and nuisances, even when you provide images and videos that demonstrate clearly how host behavior contradicts what was advertised. It does not matter if you are a past guest.
