        Dropped several ups parcels here and never had an issue. Also had some issues with other parcels and the owner helped me sorting it out. Also, when I go to pick up parcels theyre quite quick finding them. The treat is not the friendliest but I feel it might be a language limitation. The owner has always been kind to me and I feel you just need to be patient and nice. I think the bad reviews are a bit unfair as they do the job very well.

        Previous bad reviews are accurate. I just went to leave a parcel for UPS and the guy told me to come back on Monday or go to a another store. I was a bit confused about why going to another store and I saw there were other parcels behind the counter so I asked I dont understand, why can I not leave the parcel today? and the guy replied to me: I said come back on Monday and dont ask me more questions. Go to another store, there are plenty of them. I understand that maybe theres a reason why I couldnt leave the parcel ( although seems weird that I could in other shops) but theres no need to treat people like that. This is a horrible place and I wont go again, it was very uncomfortable
