The Tastebox

This is by far the best jerk chicken I've ever had.

I've used tastebox twice very disappointed. After the first time I thought I would give them another chance. This last time I purchased a large rice and peas. The portion was just over a standard but not a large but no big deal. Once you taste it you understand why the portion was under. If you like burnt rice and peas, basically the bottom of the pot then this place is for you, for me I couldn't eat it. It seems they scraped out the pot. Burnt aroma, dry and under seasoned, I won't be purchasing from tastebox ever again. It would have been better if they said they had sold out. They shouldn't sell anything they would not eat themselves and really don't think they would eat what they sold me.

Best Caribbean food in London! The team are really lovely, ackee and saltfish absolutely bangs. Curry goat and oxtail too. Jerk chicken cooking on the grill, nice spot to sit. Great for pre match or any time. Fish options also delicious!
