Receptionist and GPs aren't properly trained. The receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment to the GP because according to her, my issue needed to be treated in A&E. But after spending 6 hours in A&E, they said my issue needed to be taking care of by a GP, so that was a waste of time. When I saw the GP for the issue, he literally said "I don't know what to do". It's shockingly frustrating. Also, the practice is not disabled friendly, the GPs are on the first floor, with narrow stairs for patients that are injured or ill. It doesn't make any sense.
