Thanks to Richard and Michaela for the amazing meditation classes. Great for the workplace, and for a team with varying levels of expertise! Michaela was extremely professional and personable and did a great job of guiding our team through meditation techniques, stretches and breathing exercises. Would highly recommend to any org/company looking to provide a bit of space for employees to recharge and restore.

Cinzia came to our office last week to give a wellness session to our team as part of an activity day. Thoroughly recommend Cinzia and Corporate Yoga London - Creative Wellness. Cinzia made it interactive, fun and relaxing all at the same time! Cinzia was accommodating to the timings we had (which were even more reduced on the day of) and altered the class according to our schedule. We've had great feedback from the team and built great memories! Thanks again

We booked for a corporate wellness programme and we were very happy with the sessions provided. All of the attendees enjoyed the mindfulness practice and said that it was beneficial. I cannot recommend Richard and his team highly enough.
