I was also recommended to What-cha from Reddit. I've thoroughly enjoyed all the teas I've ordered and have progressively ordered larger and larger quantities because I'm so pleased. Service is great and each order includes a handwritten note from Alistair (awesome name) which gives a very distinct personal experience. Thanks, Alistair!

I recently placed my first order at What-cha and was not disappointed. I was a bit sceptical at first as I found this website through a recommendation on Reddit. Firstly they have a very wide variety of different teas and I thought I'd try a bit of everything. Secondly they have a great range of sizes, too! My order arrived very quickly, which was surprising due to current circumstances. There was also a nice little sample of Laoshan Green Tea and a note from Alistair, which made me feel really comfortable and appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer once my stash runs low, and I'm already looking forward to my next great experience! Cheers Alistair!

I found the What-cha range of tea to be the best I have come across for a long time. My tea journey started with their 'intro to tea' collection. As I started to explore different regions I kept finding new exciting flavours. I keep my cupboard stocked with some of their Nepal oolong - especially the sticky rice oolong. One I would definitely recommend to try is their Davit's Georgian Black as an alternative taste. Each time I've ordered I have received top quality sourced tea, fast service and excellent communication from Alistair. I feel like he knows which sort of tea I prefer and sends me his recommendations and which new ones to try - always spot on! I like the fact they vary the tea in stock and I can tell that What-cha has a real passion for tea and serving other tea lovers!
