Worst service ever I got told yesterday I couldn't have a cocktail cos they were too busy.
Staff was rude and and over worked cos this time of life is about maximizing profits before customer service,
I tried to order a negroni which take about 7 seconds to make which is much quicker than making an aperol spritz ,and again I was told we don't make cocktails cos we are too busy while everyone else is ordering aperol spritz (what a lie,we don't make cocktails but we do aperol spritz)
I am very disappointed also as a bartender working in this industry over 16 years telling me we don't do cocktails, when it is advertised on the menu, when a pint takes just as many seconds to pour than make a negroni, you should be ashamed of your business.
Train your staff or hire more staff in the future when you know it will be a busy weekend
Food was undercooked, once again rushing everything out the kitchen cos they don't have enough staff.....
Finishing on the note,make sure you don't put a foot in this place .It's not worth your time, much better pubs around that offer a full service with courtesy
