Holloway Road Post Office

I attempted to return an Amazon item today, and the woman at the front desk was not helpful or friendly towards any customers. I did ask her a straightforward inquiry like "Is it necessary to cover the return of an item?" and she responded by lifting her shoulders and acting ignorantly and not providing any specifics. She is a poor representative of the Royal Mail.

Hats of the woman( apologies as I could not ask your name) here who runs this place like clockwork. She is efficient, polite, courteous and is super clear about everything. She runs like a wind and gets the job done. I wish I had this level of patience and efficiency in my life. The man (apologies again as I could not ask for your name) had a wonderful smile while wishing me off. I could not expect better service anywhere let alone from a post office. Worth the 1.5 mile walk as I didn't want to use the Holloway Post office due to their reviews. Thank you and have a great year ahead!

The old man that works here is so rude , how the other staff put up with him I have no idea . The ladies are always polite and friendly.

Local friend has been using this Post Office for about 25 years and always praises the great staff and service here. They are all brilliant including Vimal, Lacy and Krishnan. Always a smile, brilliant swift service would not go anywhere else... and the cards are excellent too!

I have a very pleasant experience each time I go to this PO. Nothing is too much trouble, especially Lacy, always busy but always has time , very efficient, helpful, approachable
