Really recommend the Prenatal Yoga/Pregnancy Yoga class. The teacher Brenda Barquet is amazing and guides us through stretches and breathing exercises that help me feel relaxed, centered and best prepared for birth.

I have been taking mat Pilates classes at The Movement Studio for 3 weeks now and Im absolutely in love with it The light and clean (well-equipped as well !) studio, the warm and most welcoming owner Gabi as well as Denise, Valentina and Stefi who are all great teachers (in their own special ways) was a perfect and rather unexpected finding. My monthly plan was only to vamp up right before my birthday trip away but Im definitely coming back to be a regular at this amazing movement space. Realizing just after 2 weeks of exercising that my butt was back is such a cool feeling !
