Ive been coming here for the last year and a half after trying many clinics in London and Ive found this really is the best. Each visit they tailor the treatment to what I need and supply herbs to help with problems in between coming. I recommend to everyone

I have been seeing dr John for about 4 weeks now, I originally went for a lymphatic drainage massage and after seeing Christina, she mentioned I may need further sessions due to misalignment in my spine and blocked meridian lines. Dr John sat with me and asked questions, without me even telling him symptoms he had guessed most of them just by feeling my pulse. He asked if I would be able to visit weekly. I had my 4th session today and I can honestly say I feel like a different person. I feel completely different in my energy and things that I thought could never change (like my circulation) are starting to have a noticeable improvement. I cant recommend them enough.

Absolutely horrendous massage experience , the lady has no massage training at all, she was just rubbing me in a completely incoherent fashion , and left me with a wierd bruise on my left shin , they put some hot heat packs with Chinese herbs on my back for no reason throughout which was very uncomfortable, halfway through I asked her if this was supposed to be a sports massage because It didnt seem like one and she said its a Chinese style sports massage , and kept talking about me having blockages in certain areas where I felt perfectly fine . There were people in and out of the room Constantly , at one point the Masseuse just walked Out of the room for no reason at all . Essentially just some holistic , pseudoscience approach to giving a massage. If you want a proper massage find a real place

I grew up in a family with close connections to Chinese medicine, and have spent years looking for a good Chinese clinic in London. I am really glad to have found a clinic who is authentic with a doctor with a long family lineage of Chinese medicine. Chinese medicine includes so much ancient wisdom of wholistic health and healing, from herbal medicine to acupuncture to electrotherapy and psychotherapy. I have been coming here every week for whole a year now, and have improved my overall health, immunity and chronic pain condition. Every time I had an acute pain condition such as headache, acupuncture helps relieve it immediately. I would also recommend trying out the electrotherapy as it is a very rare skill to acquire, and it helps detox your inner organs and align your overall chakra. Dr. Cristina has also been really influential in helping me understanding the relationship between psychotherapy/mental health and physical health and achieving a wholistic approach to improving one's overall health and well-being in life.
